Card Linking
Customers who have applied for the card through HDFC Bank portal need to link the card on the Swiggy app in order to earn cashback on eligible transactions made with the card. Card linking is a mandatory step for Swiggy one membership unlocking and cash back posting in Swiggy Money. (Note: In order to link the card, customer should install the Swiggy app first)
Please follow the below steps to link your Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit with Swiggy app –
- Go to Credit Card page in the Swiggy app by clicking on the Accounts section on the top right side, and
- then selecting Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card
- Go to the bottom of the Credit Card page where you will find a section on: Already Got the Card? there you can Click on: Link Your Card to Swiggy.
- Upon clicking you will be asked to enter the Mobile number that you submitted in the Credit Card application.
- Enter your number and submit the OTP that you receive to complete the linking of Card.

Please note that in India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your Credit Card PIN. However, if the amount is higher than or equal to ₹5000, the Card holder has to enter the Credit Card PIN for security reasons
